Lys og Varme

Lys og Varme is a stereo bus tone-shaping plugin designed to add harmonic character, warmth, presence and depth without taking over the original sound.

At the heart of the plugin are two independent character controls. Lys adds harmonic presence and openness, while Varme introduces a denser, warmer character with added weight and texture. Together they can be balanced to shape anything from subtle coloration to a more pronounced character.

For additional analog-inspired coloration, CM-75101A input transformer and AP2503 output transformer stages can be switched into the signal path independently, adding another layer of tonal character to the processing.

Lys og Varme was designed primarily for stereo buses — including drum, bass, sample and mix buses — where small tonal changes can give an entire group more cohesion and character. Input and Output controls provide straightforward level management, while the Mix control allows the processed signal to be blended with the original.
